Originally from Oklahoma City, Chuck King studied at Oklahoma Baptist University, where he earned his B.A. in Theatre and Vocal Performance. Residing for over a decade in Jerusalem, Chuck was responsible for overseeing the music and stage production for Israel's largest tourism event, hosting thousands of pilgrims annually from around the world. As a songwriter and recording artist, Chuck has released two albums under Provident/Integrity Music, as well as a number of independent recordings. He has led concert tours in South America, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Asia, Europe, Canada, and the USA.

While in Israel, Chuck became a well known personality in the English-speaking theatre world as both an actor, producer, and director; most significantly for The Covenant, a colorful musical drama which toured throughout Israel, Europe, Canada, and the USA for six years and was filmed in both Israel and Toronto for broadcast and distribution.

Since returning to the USA, Chuck has earned 2 regional Emmy Awards as a film script writer; both programs broadcast on the Arkansas Educational Television Network. He served for 5 seasons as the managing director of The Promise at the Texas Amphitheatre in Glen Rose, and has appeared in and written for a number of faith-based film and stage projects for Andrew Wommack Ministries International. Recent stage roles include: Boolie Worthen in Driving Miss Daisy (Granbury Opera House) which earned him a Broadway World Best Actor nomination in the Dallas area, and Max Detwieler in The Sound of Music (Brian Clowdus Experiences).

Chuck is now proud to be serving the Alma and River Valley by facilitating meaningful educational and entertainment opportunities for the community. His work with the Foundation has helped provide more than $1.4 million dollars in scholarship funds to Alma High School graduates.
